INITIAL VISIT POLICY: All first time appointments require a valid card on file before booking. This this card will be used if you No-Show or Cancel/Re-Schedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment.

LATE/CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: Please try your best to be on time so that we adhere to the time allotted to you and respect our time as well as the time of all patients. We understand life happens, and will do our best to extend grace to everyone we serve. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened to accommodate every patient. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment, you will be rescheduled and charged HALF the visit fee. We reserved your appointment time just for you! Should you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24-hours’ notice so that we can schedule another patient. If you cancel or re-schedule less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged a late cancellation fee. If you completely no-show your appointment without notice you will be charged for the visit in FULL.
